1. Prepare in advance before work
(1) The rear side of the suction truck should be close to the working face as far as possible and brake
(2) Pull the handle of the direct plug valve of the oil return tank to a 45 degree angle with the center line of the oil inlet pipe ° The angle between the top and the bottom, and the inspection of the oil inlet pipe, need to have grease fluidity
(3) Open the side door of the walking platform box and take down the dirt suction hose to make it shake backward without bending.
2. Liposuction
(1) The suction hose shall be pumped into the sewage as deep as possible to ensure that the pipe end is less than 300 mm away from the liquid level during the whole working process.
(2) Put the handle of the four-way valve vertically to the road surface
(3)  Put the gearbox into neutral position, then start the diesel engine, separate the clutch, pull the power switch of the power take-off backward, that is, shift to take power, and the vacuum pump starts to run
(4)  Turn on the auxiliary tools in the driver's cab, pull out the power switch of the buzzer and connect it to the switch power supply
(5)  According to the sight glass on the top of the rear head, when the liquid level reaches the middle of the sight glass, the operator should inform the driver. Friends should quickly pull the dirt suction hose off the road or close the four-way valve. Under all normal conditions, the buzzer will send out light control signal at this time. When the driver receives the data signal, he should reduce the accelerator pedal, push the power switch of the power take-off forward, and the vacuum pump will stop running. Press the power switch of the buzzer to disconnect the switching power supply
(6) Turn off the handle plate of the direct plug valve of the fuel tank on the plane parallel to the center line of the e-mail box
(7)  After cleaning the hose, put it into the walking platform box, close the side door, and make the screw housing face the upper side of the cab.



(8) Turn off the anti overflow valve so that the handle and the center line of the road are vertical
(9) Drive the trash truck out of the working surface.
3. Discharge work
(1) Put the suction hose house in the sewage storage tank
(2) Pull the back handle of the four-way valve to the plane parallel to the road surface, open the anti overflow valve, and make the handle parallel to the center line of the pipeline
(3) Put the gearbox into neutral, then start the diesel engine, separate the clutch, pull the power switch of the power take-off backward to get the power, the vacuum pump starts to run, put the gearbox into neutral, then start the diesel engine, separate the clutch, pull the power switch of the power take-off backward to get the power, and the vacuum pump starts to run
(4)After the tank body is discharged, the control handle of power take-off should be pushed forward immediately for safe driving, and the vacuum pump will stop running
(5) Turn off the screw handle plate of the plug valve which is directly connected to the fuel tank and the plane parallel to the center line of the e-mail box. After cleaning the rubber hose, put it into the walking platform box, close the side door, and make the screw housing face the upper side of the car cab
(6) Drive the suction truck out of the working face.
