In every prefabricated component of the suction truck, one of the prefabricated components which is easy to have common faults is the ultra-high pressure cleaning machine. But one of the common faults of ultra-high pressure cleaning machine is shaking in the work.
（1）When the pipe dredger is connected with the water pipe, the working pressure is unstable, and the body sloshing is found abnormal. The super high pressure cleaner sends a knock sound
Analysis reason: there may be bubbles in the water.
Solution: reduce the pressure, and then increase the pressure obviously after the high-pressure water pump runs smoothly, until all the bubbles are discharged by the sewage suction truck, then everything can work normally.

（2）：When the pipeline cleaning vehicle is connected to the water pipeline, the water output is small and the pressure can not be raised, and the high-pressure pipeline and the body shake obviously.
Direct cause: poor leakage of high pressure water pump
Solution: check the tee of the filter screen from the water storage tank to the high-pressure water pump, and check whether the filter screen is blocked by rust or sediment stains, resulting in poor leakage. If so, remove the screen. Check whether the filter screen at the leakage end of high-pressure water pump is blocked by rust or sediment stains, resulting in poor leakage. If so, remove the screen. After removing the filter screen, the original appearance can be installed again, and everything can work normally.
（3）When the pipeline dredger is connected to the sewer, the water output is small but the pressure is high, and the high-pressure water cleaning pipe shakes obviously.
Direct cause: blocked discharge
Solution: check whether the high-pressure water cleaning pipeline is tied and twisted. If yes, clean the pipeline with high pressure water to ensure smooth pipeline. Check the high-pressure water cleaning gun parts. If the water flow of the gun parts is abnormal, confirm that the gun parts are blocked. At this time, use iron wire or other common tools for transmission. If it cannot be transmitted, dismantle the new gun parts.
